The service level is really bad and they charge a high price for it. The hotel is not far from the center of town (taxi or Uber is needed). The surrounding garden and interior decoration of the hotel are top level. Nothing at all to say about that - a real 5 star hotel. The hotel rooms are incredible with a super view on Boston.
